2. Provision of Premium Services
Royal Chaser provides yacht chartering and related luxury experiences with the highest degree of professionalism. However, services are subject to maritime law, weather conditions, and vessel availability. We reserve the right to alter itineraries or substitute vessels of equal or greater standing when necessary for safety or operational integrity.
3. Booking and Financial Obligations
All charter reservations require a confirmed deposit as outlined in individual charter agreements. Payments must be processed through our authorized secure channels. Cancellation policies strictly adhere to the tier of service selected; custom itineraries may incur non-refundable preparation costs.

1. Authority of Captain
The Captain has absolute authority regarding navigation, safety of crew, guests, and the vessel. Weather calls, anchorage choice, and water sports availability are strictly at the discretion of the Command.
2. Liability and Security
All operations are fully certified and carried out by qualified professional crew. Guests agree to adhere to maritime code guidelines. Private insurance is highly recommended prior to boarding.
